How is Zb from ND on this list?

NCAA rule .... At least one player from Notre Dame must be on all post season Awards lists.

Oh thanks.  I thought being on a 1-8 team would rule everyone out, but I forgot the ND factor.  Stupid me I need to read my NCAA rule book more precisely:)

One person that should be up there is Chevis Jackson from LSU...Same type player as Jenkins. Steltz has stole the DB glory of that team though.
