Uconn wins the big east by virtue of their win over us.

we were officially eliminated from the Big East race last night when Uconn Beat Rutgers.

Technically correct that that would make us co-champs (in fact, would make half the conference co-champs) but our chances at getting the Big East's BCS bid are gone.

Agreed.  I am a WVU fan now.  Would like to see them sneak into the national title game. 

That being said, still a lot to look forward to this year.  If we can pick ourselves up we could end the season ranked for the first time in our short history.  I don't think our players or coaches were ready for the pressure and expectations they got this year.  Next year we will be ready.

Yeah, I'm rooting for WVU too...especially against UCONN. Unfortunately, they've gained no ground in the past three weeks and are still at #7....they're BARELY being Missouri. They need A LOT of help to get to #2. I don't think it's going to happen.
