I really think a Play action pass with a TE or RB peeling off on an out would have been perfect. They were playing the run with no one back.

And why did Grothe peel off and go to the weak side? Should he not have rolled the other way?  ??? ???

It was fun while lasted.  Sold a lot of tickets, sold a lot of merchandise and increased program’s recognition nationwide.

We’re still building something here.  A bowl game is still likely, but all that BCS talk is over.

The BCS game hurts the most in my opinion. That would have been monumental in my opinion. Now it is either the Sun, Car care or papajohns bowl.

This loss has reduced our breakout season into heartbreak.  We were right on the cusp of turning into a respected program around the country, of winning the BE, of playing in a BCS bowl, of being seen by millions on New Year's Day, on being the best football school for recruits in Florida, so what

do we do?  Like some giant want to be hen, we laid a sour and rotten egg up there.  This is the second time in a row we've done it.  I know that we haven't thrown away all the progress we've made, but it sure seems like it to me now. 

I feel bad for my own selfish reasons of wanting the Bulls to win, but I feel worse for the program.

Well, there is plenty of room on the bandwagon now.  We are in real danger of losing the rest of the schedule, but we could win them all.

I hope we can just place these two games behind us and move forward to a strong finish -  ending with 2 losses is in reality a great year, and would be something positive to build upon.

Hey, you guys are breaking this Gator's heart.  Chin up now.  The season isn't over.  Lots of teams are loosing.  Ya'll have had an exciting start to the season. The national attention, you've earned.  No matter how your season ends...there's always next year!

It's a depressing loss. Let's hope we make changes where needed, either this year or in the spring, and come back stronger.

There is still a lot of football to play this year though!
