1) It started in 1936

2) You are right. Relevant and respected. Despite the fact that the BCS does not include the AP, the Associated Press still awards a national championship trophy... which means it is possible for the AP and BCS champions to be two different teams.

Human polls suck for the reason of the fact that it matters when you lose as much as to who you have beaten.

Correct me if I am wrong but wvu has only played one ranked team and has beaten no ranked teams yet they are ranked 5-6 spots higher than us simply because they lost to us almost a month ago and we lost this past weekend and have beaten not only them but also auburn on the road

Hopefully the computers will fo a better job than the humans as usual

I just hope that now our boys in Green and Gold can avoid all of the hype and distractions and win one game at a time s that I can scream 'Bulls win the Big East crown' and then scream 'Bulls win the Sugar Bowl!!

11th in AP was what I expected, but consider ..

#2 BC at #8 Va Tech

#9 USC at #5 Oregon

Win at UConn and Bulls are least 9th!
