I know many of us have been voting since this poll was announced a few weeks ago...I've been meaning to put a link up for this so that we can go to the polls often (voting is unlimited).  It is now up in the upper right list of links (eye-catching yellow).  It is also on the official site, so hopefully we can propel CJL back to the top spot.

Just so we're clear, this is not the same "coach of the year award" that is referenced when you say "Greg Schiano was named the 2006 coach of the year," or whatever. The fact that Skip Holtz currently leads this poll speaks wonders to its credibility. It's a waste of time.

The real coach of the year award is the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Camp_Coach_of_the_Year">Walter Camp version</a>.

Really there are several versions of the award out there that you could point to as "credible," or maybe "meaningful." this is not one of those awards. The use of the term "award" here is a very loose one.
