probably good for them... they got destroyed by UCONN, that would be really painful to watch

Wannstedt may want to register on Monster.com, just to be prepared. Although the injuries on offense may buy him another year, which would be great for everyone else in the conference.

My friend lives in Pitt, and he says that it is a Steelers town, nothing more.  He has gone to 3 Pitt games, at a cost of about 13 bucks each game for decent tickets.

Everyone is spending their money on Penguins tickets. I probably would too if I lived there.

They're currently averaging 35,000 people a game which is what we were averaging before this season. And I think that 35k is actually how many people were at the UNC game correct?

We had about 37K for UNC and 30K for Elon so we were averaging about 33-34K after 2 games--about the same as Pitt.  But I guarantee you if Pitt was ranked #5 they still wouldn't sell out Heinz Field because it's totally a Steelers town.  The Steelers are bigger than the Pens, Pirates and Pitt football and basketball put together.

EDIT:  Just saw a crowd shot--looks like there's nobody there.  I'd be shocked if they have 20K.
