I'd say it's set up for the annual Bethune-Cookman vs. FAMU game.

From what I've been told, thats the field for one of the many Lingerie Bowl games played at halftime during the Super Bowl.

I was taking a dig at their pathetic attendance for the UAB game to close out the 2006 campaign.  Where they had maybe 4000 people in the stands.
