Can someone explain the purpose of the sling and shoot?  I noticed one of the pictures is of an Iowa commit.. what is the point of him coming to the event when he's already committed?  Are these kids just trying to get discovered?  And why can't they just throw some pads on these kids?  if its flag football, i'm assuming no offensive linemen or d-linemen come out..
