Close, not a football scholarship player, but many like Hine (Bright Future) have other scholarships that will pay their way. Regular walk-ons go to USF and hope to walk on and get a spot on roster, Preferred are asked to walk on and have a spot on roster with out going through tryout stage, but they can lose that spot just as easily
