Steve, a graduate of the University of Central Florida, moved to New Jersey to find his fortune and fame.  He was discovered halfway through his sex change therapy while performing customer service at a fast food restaurant.  "I am eternally grateful to my alma mater for preparing me for the great big, hard world out there.  I know that my years spent applying glitter to my golden mates under the stands have served me well."  When asked what he had to do to win the coveted title, Steve simply replied with a naughty smile, "I'm not a kiss and tell kind of knight.  But I am a good knight.  A very, very good knight."
