The difference between the OB's giant price tag and UCF's and FIU's OCS is that the 2 state schools are not getting a big hunk from the city for help.  For 200mil, you can build a NFL stadium, which is well beyond the need of any NCAA school.

Even those artists renditions of the OB are a joke, just like that stadium.  UM, a program on the decline...........
