Bozeman does a decent job breaking the press, but i'd much rather have him at the 2 guard position.  We do need another PG, but not as much as we need more depth in the front court.

Even if we were to run a 4 guard set, we'd still need more than 1 big man on the roster.

Right now we have Gransberry and Williams.  Williams is a very mobile big man, so we do have that going for us, if his knee is healthy for next season.

But we need more.

So should we save our scholarships for next year or do we make sure we field a full roster for the first time in 5 years?

Normally, the smart thing to do with a new coach is to save his scholarship for the next class where he can have a better inventory of players to sign. However, does anybody worry about getting caught short again?

Furthermore, while we are seemingly have enough scholarship players at the guard position, shouldn't we at least sign a couple of bodies for the frontcourt?

I guess Heath is holding out until the end with hopes of signing a couple players that fall through cracks...

If we could sign even one big body, i'd feel much more comforable.

I don't want to see next season wasted, as you don't get a KG very often, and his senior season needs to be a competitive one.

I read from somewhere that this Wednesday is the last signing day for the late period. Of course, players can come in after the deadline without signing.

I don't want us to rush and pick up some marginal talents just to fill the roster. It's a tough situation right now. We'll find out soon enough.
