Took this from another posters thread on another board...

Seems that Pitt had a HORRIBLE showing at their annual spring game, which cause a recruit to back out of a verbal commit.

Lets scoop him up!!!

I doubt ND is still in the running.  They just got a verbal from Joseph Fauria.  His Uncle played TE for the Pats when Charlie Weis was the OC.

i dont know if i'd really want a kid who turns his back on a program over spring attendence.

but according to him, it was just a small factor in his move.
