Typically, artificial noisemakers are not allowed in NCAA events. But don't tell that to the fans at Mississippi State.

Hey nerd - the cowbells are an "old skool" USF thing from the SunBelt days.  Like when we used to shoot off the cannon in BB for slam dunks.  

Bulls are cows with balls.  Even Milton Friedman would agree.
