Because the conversation is mainly about UNCC.  Just because something mentions USF, doesn't mean it's about USF.

no no no....USF started up in a loaded state...give 'em a chance

There is no comparison between NC and Florida. Florida had 4 DIA teams 3 of them perennial power houses and is a recruiting hotbed. NC has lees population and mostly weak football programs already. In other words we could start up with in-state talent and compete. NC has very little available instate talent as judged by the play of their teams.
