ZERO arrests (e.g. Stirrups)

ZERO flake-outs who know they can't hack it (e.g. Boger, Frank Harry)

USF will get another Bowl next year and that will help.  If we happen to WIN the BigEast then you will really see our recruiting go up.  Wins, Money, and time are the factors and it that order :
