When are you going to take the top 25 pics by national ranking from the four, three, and two star ranked players as well and compare the success rates across all four?.........

Those are all of the 5 stars from 2004 though, Rivals gives very few players that grade.

There are other jobs out there.

It would be a difficult task and there are many more 2 and 3 star players so the top 25 would not be a drop in the bucket.

heh, no problem.  that's a nice list, I wouldn't get rid of it either.  if you want to risk your job I'm sure the list of other star players would include more successes just because there are more of them, but I'd assume a much lower percentage work out.  I just hope our 1 5-star recruit works out as well as most people hope and that all of our 2 and 3-star players continue to work out as well as a lot of them have.
