congrats to first 2 black coaches to make it to the super bowl, ensuring that the first black coach will win.  (if you prefer african american i'm sorry but some africans are white and some black people aren't from africa.  i'm not trying to offend anyone  :) )

No, it doesn't. Tony didn't have the offensive capabilities to get the Bucs over the hump. Those Bucs D's shoukd have been good enough to get the Bucs to at least one SB while he was here. He could never put together an offensive package to even minimally complement the awesome D.

It's great to see him finally get there and they should beat the Bears .... doesn't mean they will, though.
