How about Hester Jr?  I've heard the Hester family is good at Kick returning ;)

Is this kid related at all to the Hester rookie from UMiami for the Chicago Bears that returned several kicks for TDs this season?

I just asked around on another forum that I'm on and the response I got was that there was no relation. However, I was watching his recruiting videos, and it looks as if he could be just as shifty and elusive

Didnt play much the last two years because he weighed like 150 soaking wet.

Is supposedly up to 175 or so, so hes certainly an option.

Carlton Hill I think could be a great punt returner as well
