What is funnier is that whoever did it wasn't too smart, because there's security cameras all over that building, including the outside.  Rumor is they're just deciding whether to pursue it.

nope....... We do chalking on campus all the time for SG and other events.

If its a covered walk way than USF rules have been violated. If its not covered no rules have been broken

Ya, My thoughts exactly. You may not agree with the action of doing IT but there is nothing WRONG with it. It's not even vandalism! Whoever did this thought it out, just like a USF BULL should ;) Oh and do we really have this many conservitives on the board? geez :-[
