Guest UConn Huskies
Welcome Bulls. I don't really know much about your school, but it will be a nice addition to go down to south Florida for a few games out of the year. Rumor has it that the Big East's new deal with ESPN will actually decrease the current revenues of the current Big East teams (no shock there), but ESPN wants to show most Big East games on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and possible Sunday night games (when there is no NFL). Just wanted to see your thoughts? I know our fans will come out no matter what, and we are excited to play on TV on any night.

Wouldn't that make weeknight games harder to get to for the students?
Guest UConn Huskies
Yes, the stadium is in East Hartford, but buses take students to the game. The regular season tickets have been sold out through 2008. We hold weeknight basketball games in Hartford and get thousands of students to attend. I have no worries that they will attend weeknight football games.

I dont mind Thurs or Fri night games too much, but a game on a Tuesday is just ridiculous.

I don't mind the friday night games too much, however, it should be reserved for high school football, I would prefer a thursday night game over a friday night game.
