Who is getting on steve?  Im just bringing up a coincidental situation that just so happens to be going on in denver.  i dont really think anyone is more at risk of getting shot there, but its just crazy to me.

Ive never been to denver, but I agree with you and steve.  Athletes are alpha males and there are mor than a few morons in clubs in every city.  This is a guess, but im guessing theres probably not many desireable places for athletes to go in denver.  The places that are, attract hoodlums and idiots, who i am sure are very jealous of the rich athlete.  Someone stepped on someones sneakers, words were exchanged about how someone is harder and more gangster than the other, and outside the club someone proved it.

Is there some other source of this "story" besides you "heard it on the radio"?

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
