Joe Bryant's nickname was Jelly Bean so I'm guessing that's why his middle name is Bean

I thought this was common knowledge amongst sports fans, guess not.....

I knew about his father, but still question naming your kid "Bean" ... to each his own.

Now if Karl Malone's son get his nickname, sure he'll be asking his wife why she wants the name ?
