I thought Lecorn was going to UF.  At least that is the rumor in Ocala (where I'm from).  Small and Allen would be nice fits though.

He hasn't committed there and the concensus is Dion has become a fall-back option for UF.  Right now they're leading or tied for #1 with probably four of the top receivers in the nation including Toliver, Johnson, and Thompson not to mention they signed four last year, and this year they've already got Rainey, and Wilson, Bert Reed...expect them to sign two more receivers and probably both nationally ranked.

I think Lecorn has a good shot at being a Bull.  Remember USC has verbals from FIVE WR's already.
