do you understand how many fees they will charge you if they even let you use it?

They were going to be d!cks when individual band sections were going to use the logo.  Image Depot won't do it without permission, but just about EVERYONE else will... just be aware of the copyright.

Take an easy road and use thebullspen.com logo at the top of the page.  It's not covered by TM laws right?  It is altered and a diff texture....

Bulls Outfitter (and a few other places) have the license to produce USF items using the logo.  They would know what the process would be.

Since the University contracted with CLC to manage it's licensed apparel, I don't think USF needs to sign off -- but CLC might.  Best to check with one of the licensed companies on the process...

Or, as some have suggested, use a BullsPen.com logo.  I think the one above, with the iconic U in it, would still be subject to CLC approval.

(Someone more knowledgeable than I can correct me if I am wrong.)

I have a great idea for a Grothe-based shirt, but I better clear it with flipflop first...

I talked to Matt's dad today about t-shirts... can't put Matt's name, number, or likeness on a shirt without possibly compromising his eligibility.  Wanted to do something similar for mattgrothe.com, but can't.
