After watching Slaton and White, I just have one question.  Can anyone say with a straight face, they would not be as deserving as any other one loss team, if they won out.  Are they better than USC, ND, etc.  I think they would beat those teams.

Doesn't matter, can they be slowed down, that is the question.  UL didn't really slow them down, Slaton fumbled because he had a bad wrist.  If you are scoring every possession, who cares if your defense is any good.

I'd like to see that broken down by halves. It seemed like Pitt was doing okay in the first half... but the second half it seemed like the defense just never got off the bench.

You could argue that USC and Texas had no defense in the Rose Bowl last year judging by all the points put up in that game.

Wanny is in trouble IMO...needs to do better than 6 wins next year or he might not survive.

I think WVU is just that good. It was pretty scary watching them, especially in the second half.
