Found this gem this morning. :o

Jim Leavitt is at it again, quietly guiding South Florida to a terrific season with a stout defense and just enough on offense. The Bulls are 7-3 after stuffing Syracuse 27-10, placing them in the spoiler

From the Big East Roundup...

South Florida … South Florida dominated Syracuse with a fantastic performance from Matt Grothe doing a little of everything right. Now a bowl game is a lock, but the team has a shot for a whole bunch more in the way of national respect with road trips to Louisville and West Virginia ahead. To beat those two, the Bulls have to be almost perfect; they can't come up with 11 penalties for 100 yards and four turnovers like they did against the Orange. As long as Grothe is successful on third downs (USF converted seven of 13 chances), USF will have a shot.

But it did help that we forced 3 turnovers too.

Playing smart and being on the winning side of the turnover margin will help us greatly against UL and WVU.

If we can keep the fumbles at a nil and force a few turnovers this game will be easily possible, but that's not as simple as typing it.

How many reverses do you think we'll run against UL?
