Come on guys, that's Mark Mangino's chef doing some scouting of local restaurants for when KU visits Ray Jay.

I kept expecting Mark May to step in and tell us what player didn't play for Pitt that led to them losing. It was an upset (5 point dogs) that got overlooked for the most part but I'll give the local media credit for taking notice. Big pieces on the Bulls in the local Sunday night sports shows for example.

Let's just worry about Cuse. We must beat that team so this isn't seen as yet another USF fluke win.

HAHA.....almost big enough to be MM himself.  Once USF becomes consistant.........not dropping tough losses on the road, we will get our due respect.  What I don't understand is that Pitt still got one vote for the top 25 in the USA today poll.........OK, right.

When did we botch a punt?

Matt was going to do a quick kick and bobbled the snap, so he threw a long int.  Then we lined up for a field goal and tried a quick kick and it went into the end-zone.

a long 5-6 yard int.

I thought it was longer than that.

So hypothetically, which bowl would we go to if we beat Syracuse and either Louisville or West Virginia?

Well, if we beat WVU and Cuse, we'd be 2nd or 3rd in the big east, depending on what happens with UL & RU.   We'd have the tie breaker over WVU, but I still think we'd get the butt end of the deal with a bowl.  WVU travels very well, so they'd get grabbed before we would anyway.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
