there are far more injuries to football players and other athletes than  injuries from steroid use

there are plenty of proof that they are dangerous... you just have to be willing to read the news and health reports.  We aren't talking injuries... we are talking diseases and death.  There are links between many cardiovascular diseases to steroid use.  Steroids won't make you pull a groin muscle or fracture a leg... they will just kill you, make you die an earlier death.  if you want that, fine, take steroids... but for an organization to say that is ok would be pretty bad.
