Some times I wonder how much our penalty rep hurts us on some of these calls.

the usf football program has a 10 year reputation for violating the rules on the field of play so i dont expect penalties to lessen anytime this year

you ever think smazza that maybe our disicpline has gotten better, but the fact that refs just don't seem to want to help us, and only want to hurt us, because we are the new guy?  we get no respect from officials on anything.  and i loved the reaction leavitt gave to that call, he was right to make that reaction, there was no contact at all.

good football teams with good coaching staffs dont make these bonehead penalties

this is how problems with officials are handled if a team beleives they are being unfairly flagged
