Nothing like your opponents knowing what you are going to do before you do it.

They are good athletes, but they are still learning how to play football. There is a big difference between being an athlete and knowing how to run proper routes, getting open and actually being able to catch the ball properly.I think you have seen a big difference in the number of drops between last year and this year. Yes, I know Grothe with a bit better touch is one reason, but the receivers are playing better also.At this level all the teams have good athletes, not too many go into the games, though, with 2 Sophs, a JR and a SR first year player starting. If all it took was great athletic ability, a lot more players would become incredible receivers.

With the exception of a dropped 2-point conversion the recievers have kicked absolute ass! Very arguably it's the most improved position on the team this season. (although, with what ive seen from our Oline and their run blocking i wonder if Andre could get 80 yards a game this year)our WRs are the best part about our offense (now that we have a QB that can get them the ball. all of them can make plays with the ball in their hands (jackson, randolph, johnson, and edwards)
