I am a in contact with the HCSO as to explain the sitituation and have some more insight as to their policies. As soon as I get word as to what they have to say about it I will be sure to update everyone.

I will say this, being the true Bull that I am, after leaving the stadium (being escorted out and into the parking lot) I walked around the other side of the staduim, got myself another ticket and watched the remainder of the game in the student section.

The only thing I could see on the TSA site said no standing in certain aisles.

Actions prohibited in Raymond James Stadium

Smoking (except in designated locations)

Throwing or kicking any objects

Standing on chairs

Stepping over chair backs

Standing or sitting in the following areas: main level, club level or upper level aisles, ramps and chair backs

Disorderly conduct including public intoxication, fighting and profanity

Abuse of intoxicants

Spitting tobacco juice

Placing cups on any walls

Running or jogging

Entering field without proper credential

You didn't place a cup on the wall, did you?    ;D

A fan should stand if they want ...

To be at a football game and think you are at a chess or tennis match is crasy. I understand that some want to relax and simply watch the game. Right now, there are enough seats to move and do that.

Whenever I had people tell us "down in front" ... we would always cheer "Up in Back/Front!"

A football game for many fans are to tell and cheer your team ...

And I do hope you got his badge number, seemed crasy.

One does not have to stand the entire game to to cheer for your team.

As far as moving, why should someone who purchases tickets for specific SEATS move so you can stand?  If you want to stand buy tickets for a location that doesn't block other peoples view of the game.

Start a stampede and tell the AD that when they begin to plan for the Bulls own stadium they include standing room only sections for those who think football fans should stand during the entire game.

Hate to jump in on a USF discussion, but have to add at the USF/UCF game last year, the gestapo police were on anyone who stood.  As USF saw this year at the CB, we have a policy of standing and making as much noise as we can on 3rd down.  That is college football.  Sounds like HCS need a lesson on college football game day atmosphere.

Brad as I was reading the actions prohibited you posted for RJ, I noticed there was nothing about sex in the bathrooms??  Was this an oversight?    ;)

...

You bought a ticket  for an area that includes a seat  8-) ... there is also an area purchased for standing ... for letting people through or cheering.

I personally do not stand the entire game, but do stand quite a bit.

It is a simpel FACT of watching football LIVE.

There are things I don't like/agree with either, but we have to deal with it. :)

I think that case was dropped on a technicality ... or, since the person was a UCF fan - it was dropped for lack of evidence  ;)

There's a major difference between standing on 3rd down and standing the entire game.

A lot of your students should have been in handcuffs and muzzels during last years game at the RJ ;D
