For the money we spent to get the field painted, you would think that it would hold up.  By halftime, the 'USF' at the center of the field was blurring quickly, as was the white background of the Bucs' flag (ugh!).  Also, the same white paint used on the 'BULLS' letters at the end zones was quickly wearing out, with sod at the north endzone even coming up.

Did the Glazer's require us to use watercolors?  Whiteboard markers?  Chaulk?

yeah, the endzone near the student section came up and looked terrible.  players might have tripped on it if we were there more.  might not even be worth painting; might as well show off the fact we play in an NFL stadium

We should paint the philadelphia eagles symbol in midfield for USF games.  That would show them.  (ok, so i'm an eagles fan)

how about if we paint theother teams logo at midfield and then proceed to come out and stomp on it-- kind of a reverse Louisville thing-- with the white flag representative that they should just give the hell up now before we stomp on them in reality.

oh-- and if we could back that up-- even better.

Painting the field and helmet colors are examples of things  that fans of mediocre teams focus their attention on.

I thought it was hilarious watching the refs trying to fix the sod.  Some people came shortly after and fixed it a bit, but I think overall it still looked sort of tacky.  I mean I liked that they painted it for USF, but they could at least do a good job if they're going to do it!

I agree lousy paint job;  sod was coming up in the south endzone too.  

RU stomped all over the BULLS in the North endzone in front of the student section!
