No, I am not a Balut fan, and I don't care to much for some of their really fishy seafood, but I do like any type of adobo and their bbq is top notch.  Went to the Filipino store this week, so gonna tackle some squid for dinner sometime next week. Always an adventure in dinning at my place. ;D
