There really aren't interviews at media luncheons Shoop.  Usually a statement to open and then simple Q and A from multiple reporters.  The reporters ask questions and they are answered.  After the Q and A, the reporters can "interview" a player.  When I used to attend, I believe it is the same way now, they can request a player in advance to interview.
