Ok, I heard all about the new rules for college football this year where the clock will run, shortening the game by 10-20 plays. But who knew that they would let it run over.

From GoUSFBulls official box score for the USF at UCF game

USF possession time 32:02

UCF possession time 30:38

:o

So when did college football extend the games to 62 minutes and 40 seconds?  ;)

Clock management was absolutely terrible. I've never seen so many resetting of the clocks. It just kept making my sunburn worse and worse. But in the end it was a small price to pay.

No calls for an investigation into the conspiracy of the plus two min overage in game time? ;)
