Benzer came through and broke the ice in a very important situation to tie the game and Ean got the ball more often on offense.  Both turned out to be very very important today.

The lighter opening schedule really worked in our favor especially with a very young QB.  I look for Grothe to improve as we get into the BE schedule.

No.  The Ilia Petrov kid was the walk-on who started Game 1.  Scholarship punter Delbert Alvarado replaced him and has shown much more poise (except for one play).
