Is the BE better than the pac10 this year?

well 9 years ago i was 14, so i was playing football and pretty much every other sport in high school.  Played ball pretty much most of my childhood/teen years i know a decent amount about the game especially the defensive side of the ball.

Other then the top 2 teams the majority of the BE teams dont have the defensive team speed to stop Pac 10 offenses.  sorry but your misguided
