College all the way, the skill is much higher in the NFL, but there is much to be said for the passion in which the game is played college. Also, in college these are KIDS, most in there teens/early 20s, the level of emotions that go through your body at that age are much higher then that of someone in there late 20s/30s. College players are playing for something, a University that is going to give most of them an opportunity that they would never be able to have elsewhere. Lets face it most of college players don't come from the most affluent backgrounds, and they are playing to better their life situation and for those around them. The NFL offers none of that.

Overall, I like college most.

In terms of on the field rules, NFL is better.  Spot fouls for interference, 2 feet to make a catch, and now reviewable fumbles are just better.  Play is much better in the NFL.  Random overpursuit is infrequent, and you dont have to put up with gimmick offenses running rampant because 2-3 defenders are constantly out of position or miss their tackles.

College is more fun to watch however.  Each game has more pressure to it.  Although the NFL has a playoff, the CHAMPIONS had FIVE losses last season, and that's not the first time that's been the case.  In fact, in many years 4 losses will secure you a first round bye.  In college, you lose 1 and you're probably out of the title race.  You lose 2, and you're completely out, and the conference race starts looking bad.  You lose 5, and you're average at best.

Every game has feeling.
