UCF beating UF would mean as much to UCF as when USF beat Louisville

It would be even bigger than that... Louisville is a johnny come lately... they are not in UF's league nationally perception wise.

Sure doesn't seem like USF playing and beating #9 UL last year was a big deal either: (I can guarantee that UCF will draw a crowd larger than 29,000 plus for our first ever BCS and Big East Home Game and if that said opponent is ranked # 9 in the Nation.)

TAMPA - The University of South Florida's first Big East win has been marred by post-game confrontations between security and fans involving at least one spectator whom police zapped with a Taser.

In front of 29,567 people at Raymond James Stadium on Saturday, USF beat the No. 9 University of Louisville, 45-14, in USF's first victory against an opponent ranked by The Associated Press....

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
