I feel your pain USFmike.  I have lived through the lean years.  There were a couple years when the only games I though my favorite teams had a chance to win a game was when they played each other.ala Bay of Pigs.  And yes MikG the Pack are that good.  They have a real shot this year at wining the NFC and going to the superbowl but only time and injuries will tell.  Last point is you guys are taking one comment out of what context ?  We don't know what the question or disscussion was about.  I highly doubt that last years seventh round pick is really a hot topic for Sherman or the Packers.  Oh and Bulldoug you got that right, Dallas and Oakland(or whatever city they happen to be in now) have the most petty and egotistical owners in the NFL.  Philly fans are brutal.

packers- never liked them.they have always had an arrogance about them

:o ............. Arrogance?? Steve, I could have sworn I read somewhere that you were a COWBOYS fan! I don't ever recall seeing the Pack calling themselves "America's Team".   ;)

Yup, the Pack is my team.  Sherman has done great so i'm not sure what you are talking about and the only thing good I think about the Cowboys is they have some very fine cheerleaders.  The days of class,Landry Staubach, White and the rest have long since past.  I wish the Fish luck in turning this franchise around from the sorry state it has become.

"I wish you guys could be in the locker room and be on the practice field because it is so much different from what it has been in the past."

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22
