It seems that you think the University of South Florida is located near UM, FAU & FIU.

USF is located in Tampa.

I think FSU may think in the same direction as we do when playing UCF. USF feels it has nothing to gain and only alot to lose in playing UCF. Despite being in a BCS conference if we lose to UCF we could lose guys to recruiting.

FSU probably feels the same way. They have nothing to gain by playing us and when we would beat them it could hurt them in recruiting.
