OMG that was awful.  The Fire Bruce Arena Bandwagon just picked up some passengers.  How can you come out that flat in a World Cup??  

No meaningful posession, no spacing, what were we trying to do out there?  Posess through the midfield?  Play the long balls into the strikers?  Get wide and some good service?  Eddie Johnson better start against Italy, it seemed like he was the only one who deserved ti be out there.  

Really lousy time to play our worst non-friendly in years... Let's Go Ghana.

Eddie Johnson was the ONLY guy who looked like he was ready to play.  McBride, Beasley, and Convey all decided not to show up.  Cant win games when 90% of the time we are running around on defense.  

Czech looked bigger, faster, better ball strikers and won all 50/50.

but hey, "it's a whole new ballgame"., right gatorade?........but who really cares? fortunately, only 32 households were watching this, mine not included.

anyone know what time the "Best of USF Basketbull 2006" highlight show is on, so i can really watch some thing exciting?

I agree Herman. McBride was aweful. The Czech team is better than Italy, we need to play great to win.

That was the worst performance I have seen in quite sometime by any team at the Cup.  The most disappointing fact is that the team showed very little heart while recieving the whipping.  We rarely challenged on the 50-50 balls, our outside midfielders wouldn't attack 1-v-1, and our defense made some crucial errors in marking and clearance.

With the Italians winning their match today it looks like we will have to win both of our remaining games to qualify for the second round.

Plain and simple... win the next two games and we face Brazil  :'(

Tie a game and win a game... then it's up to the goal differential (which we're are at -3  :'()

Such a bad Monday... Heat and USA lose back-to-back  :-/
