On Tuesday, he received a continuance in the case against him. He is charged with statutory **** and indecent assault and battery of a child stemming from his time at a prep school in Winchendon, Mass. Evans, a 6-foot-3 guard from Richmond, Va., who planned to attend Cincinnati when K-State coach Bob Huggins still was there, said earlier this month that he would go to K-State this fall. But the school has said Evans must be cleared of legal issues before it would consider him.-- Kansas City Star Link at SI At least KSU, unlike Cincinnati, is trying to keep an eye on Huggy and his Thuggies....at least has to be cleared legally before the alleged ****** can play ball for Huggins. Bobby Lutz deserves it and the kid can learn some good things there.
