The status of basketball player Tyree Evans, who said he will go to Kansas State, remains uncertain. On Tuesday, he received a continuance in the case against him. He is charged with statutory **** and indecent assault and battery of a child stemming from his time at a prep school in Winchendon, Mass. Evans, a 6-foot-3 guard from Richmond, Va., who planned to attend Cincinnati when K-State coach Bob Huggins still was there, said earlier this month that he would go to K-State this fall. But the school has said Evans must be cleared of legal issues before it would consider him.

At least KSU, unlike Cincinnati, is trying to keep an eye on Huggy and his Thuggies....at least has to be cleared legally before the alleged ****** can play ball for Huggins.

We'd have been on SI.com and  that's really all that matters to certain factions on here .....

You're right...

I didn't bother to post it, but the other top recruit - Beasley - that Huggy is trying to steal from Charlotte recently stated that although he did de-commit, he is 80% sure he is going to Charlotte.

I hope he does.  Bobby Lutz deserves it and the kid can learn some good things there.

That would be so funny if it weren't true.

Was that the one going with the asst coach that Huggs happened to hire away from Charlotte?
