I know the coaching staff very well and I know for a fact that Jose and Harry got along very well and worked even better together.  My best guess is Harry will become a Head Coach somewhere next season and will do very well because he is that good.  While his recruiting skills will be missed, I believe that Coach Osterman is a very good recruiter and can pick up where Harry left off and whoever Jose brings in will continue to help this team become a nationally recognized program!

For the Bull's sake, you hope it was for a good reason, but for Harry's you hope it wasn't.  No-win situation.

the way it was done raises many questions. You just dont get rid of one of your main recruiters, specially if there was no friction with the head coach.
