Trib is running a poll on the topic, asking if people are in favor of moving the game.  Currently, the tally is 110 for the change, and just 29 against.

Sorry, Smazza, but it looks like most fans disagree with you...

money talks bs walks

i will wait until change and see attendance figures.the fact that they are looking at sunday tells me the monday was met with big resistance.i don't need a  poll.good old fashioned common sense

size of poll is  too small to persuade me.

for instance aol  is doing a poll re iraq/vietnam and 55000 people responded. that has  a bit more validity

CONVERSELY,with such little interest i wouldn't be so quick to discount 29 disgruntled fans.

i was never the type to be easily persuaded by the majority but thanks for info mikeb.

i am confident USF will do right and have game on sunday not monday

Actually smazza, from a statistical standpoint, any poll in which the respondee self selects to respond has no value.  By the way, the most ideal size for an opinion poll is approximately 400 samples.  After that, you are wasting time.

I knew all those **** stat classes would come in handy sometime!

I think it would be great to see the PITT game on a monday night or sunday night maybe even friday.  something different from a saturday.  Friday would be real nice so our team wouldn't have a short turn around going into the second game.  I think it would be cool to have a monday night game cause then you would get a monday night football atmosphere and hopefully there would be tons of fan support with the game being on espn.  GO BULLS!!!
