in much more of a national spot light...Eddie Sutton (long time coach of Ok St basketball) was arrested for DUI which resulted in a crash.  

coaches are human....hello.

He's also probably coached his last game at Oklahoma State. The school forced him to take a leave rather than suspend him and whether he returns next season is up in the air...

nice spin....before this season even STARTED there was questions with Sutton would return for another year.  I remember last year in the NCAAs the annoucners thought it might be his last game.  If he doesn't come back to Ok St i can promise you it is not because Ok St fired him for a DUI.

Sutton will probably leave due to age and embarrasment

Doug Gottlieb, a former player of his ,said it the way I said it on ESPN News this afternoon. He does not believe Sutton will be back for a combination of those factors.

I thought the reason Huggins was fired was for his DUI, The problem with this guy is bad timing, at least make it 90 days at a new job before embarassing your employer. Anytime the U gets a mention for something bad (new GA DUI) it is embarassing.

Huggins had a few other problems prior to his DUI.

things like worst team GPA in the country, worst graduation rate for 4 year players, recruiting tactics questioned, overall attitude of his players, etc.  

DUI was just the last straw and Huggins had the rep for a big partier.  

This guy from Jefferson never had any other problems...we are making much more out of this then it really is.
