45 point loss... oh yeah... that was under RMC also... how could we ever forget?

He eked out a couple wins vs. UL, as RMC will do as well.  But there is no argument that 45 is more than that 35 point drubbing that Marquette gave Pops that started the whole "Dog and Tree" thing - we clearly were their tree....never got to be the Dog under your daddy.  Maybe one day.

I will say I enjoyed McCullum's win over Cincinnati last year far more than the 45 point loss bothered me...we hadn't beat them since 88-89...you may remember that even Pops struggled with them a tad:

Anyway to keep this thing on topic...we played Louisville to three points at Freedom Hall...for a team as challenged as this one is, that is quite an accomplishment, an outcome not many expected.
