Joe Posted February 1, 2006 Group: Member Topic Count: 197 Content Count: 10,251 Reputation: 270 Days Won: 14 Joined: 08/16/2005 Share Posted February 1, 2006 I don't think its fair to use just one year if your going to compare this year's Final Polls.That Oregon class had a top 12 class in 2004 and top 25 in 2003.The Cal team had top 20 classes in 2003/2004 and the 9th rated in 2005Va Tech had top 25 classes in 2003-05Miss st. was nailed for NCAA violations and lost a lot of schoalrshipsSC, I get what your saying, I can go on, but teams that consistently recruit high rated classes stay at the top. Those that stayed behind were guys like Jarious Norwood who were great players, but not talented enough. do the math of the last for recruiting classes.I would put money on: USC Ohio State LSU Texas Average being in the top 10.
