It may be authorized, but IMO it looks likes it belongs to Ringling Brother's  rather than a university.

Take a look at other U's websites....Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Florida, Florida State, Louisville, USC, and the University of San Francisco....professional rather than circus like.

What's next purple and chartreuse football helmets and maroon coaches shirts?   Mutt will have to spend a small fortune to keep up.

The Bullspen's color scheme fits USF better than USF.edu.
